Shipping Policy

At Luminess Vision, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Timeframes: The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on the location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking: All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent by email so you can follow your delivery progress in real time.

Partial Shipments: If you purchase more than one product, they may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code, depending on the origin warehouse.

Possible Taxes: In rare cases, customs may apply additional fees or taxes. These costs are the customer's responsibility.

Correct Address: The customer is responsible for verifying the address details before completing the purchase. Costs for re-shipment due to incorrect addresses or recipient absence are the customer's responsibility.
